Renton Police Seek Man Who Tried To Lure Teen Into Van

RENTON, WA - Police are trying to locate a man they say tried to lure a 15-year-old girl into his van in the downtown area recently.

Renton police say the incident happened around 4 p.m. near the transit center along Logan Avenue South. The suspect allegedly asked the teen to get into his van.

Police say the suspect was driving a red Kia Sedona with one headlight out, and no license plates. The victim described the suspect as in his 30s, standing about 6 feet tall with a heavy build, and with his hair in braids.
