Renton Seeks Performers For Multicultural Festival
The deadline for submissions for the city's 2017 Multicultural Festival is June 1.

RENTON, WA - The city of Renton is seeking performers from around Washington state for the 2017 Multicultural Festival. The 2016 festival featured performances by groups ranging from Ukrainian dancers to a fashion show featuring Miss India Washington. The festival is put on by the mayor's Inclusion Task Force.

We are looking for a variety of performers throughout western Washington, whose performances will demonstrate their culture and individuality, and are willing to share how their art form supports their culture and/ or engage Festival attendees in a brief demonstration.

The goal of the Renton Multicultural festival is to celebrate and experience cultures from all over the world who reside in our region, to bring us together and help us learn about our neighbors and their heritage.
Please email Carrie Nass at cnass@rentonwa.gov with the following information by June 1st.
