Shots Fired At Renton Apartment Complex, 1 Possible Victim
The shooting happened overnight in a residential neighborhood near downtown Renton.

RENTON, WA - Renton police responded to a shooting at an apartment complex in the downtown area early Thursday morning. A gunshot victim later showed up at a local hospital, but police are still investigating his connection to the shooting. Police have not located anyone else involved in the shooting, including suspects.
The shooting happened around 2 a.m. at an apartment complex along Southwest 5th Place, which is behind the downtown Fred Meyer shopping plaza. At the scene, police found shell casings, but no victims or suspects.
Around the same time, a man from Milton arrived at Valley Medical Center with a gunshot wound. He was later taken to Harborview in Seattle for treatment. Police aren't yet sure how he might be connected to the shooting in Renton.
