Renton's First Murder Of 2018 Over Drugs: Report
A 29-year-old man was shot and killed in Renton on Sunday, according to KOMO News.

RENTON, WA - The city's first murder of 2018 appears to be drug-related, according to a KOMO News report. A 29-year-old man was found dead in a car outside the Salvation Army Church, 720 S Tobin St., on Sunday with a bullet in his back.
Sgt. Christine Matthews told KOMO the death might be a "drug deal gone bad." Police found marijuana in the 29-year-old's car, according to the report.
The last murder victim in Renton died in April. Cleden Jimerson, 24, was shot to death early in the morning on April 22. Jimerson and another victim were found in a car along the 11300 block of Southeast 179th Street, about one block south of Petrovitsky. Police believe the shooting happened elsewhere and the victims drove to that location.
