School Bus Involved In Crash In Renton Highlands

RENTON, WA – There was a minor crash involving a school bus Monday morning along Northeast 4th Street. No bus passengers were injured in the crash, Renton police reported.

This was the second crash along Northeast 4th Street on Monday morning involving a bus.

The crash happened between the bus and a car at the intersection of Northeast 4th Street and 155th Avenue Southeast. The passenger in the car was injured and transported to Valley Medical Center for treatment.

The school bus crash was blocking the eastbound lanes of Northeast 4th Street Monday morning.

Around 8 a.m. Monday, a King County Metro bus collided with a pedestrian. The pedestrian sustained minor injuries and was also transported to Valley Medical Center for evaluation. An investigation related to that accident had closed the westbound lanes of Northeast 4th Street near Union Avenue.
