Second Body Discovered After Renton House Fire
The first victim, found after the fire last Friday, had been missing since 2015.

RENTON, WA - Fire investigators Tuesday recovered a second body from a house that burned down in Renton last Friday. After firefighters extinguished the fire on Friday, they found a body in the backyard.
Investigators believe the two victims are brothers, and one, the victim discovered Friday, has been missing since about 2015.
The fire broke out around 3 p.m. last Friday along the 16500 block of 146th Avenue Southeast. The intensity of the fire and instability of the home prevented investigators from entering the building until Tuesday. The first body, a 65-year-old man, was discovered in back of the home. The body appeared to have been dead for months, the King County Sheriff's Office reported.

The second body, a 68-year-old man, was found in a bedroom. The medical examiner has not determined the exact cause of his death.
The brothers lived together off and on, the sheriff's office reported, but the younger brother hadn't been seen since 2015. He did not appear to be the victim of foul play, the sheriff's office reported.
