Sikh Man Shot In Kent, Allegedly Told To 'Go Back To Your Country,' Report Says
The man suffered non-life threatening injuries.

KENT, WA — Police in Kent are looking for a man who allegedly shot a man and said "go back to your country," according to a report in the Seattle Times.
The paper identified the man as a 39-year-old Sikh man. He was working on his vehicle in his driveway in Kent around 8 p.m. Friday when he was approached by an unknown man.
The shooter wore a mask covering the lower half of his face and was described as a 6-foot-tall white man with a stocky build, according to the report.

The Sikh Coalition called on law enforcement to investigate the shooting as a hate crime.
