UPDATE: Snow Delays School Start Times On Tuesday

caused area schools to announce later start times for Tuesday, Jan. 17.

schools will start 90 minutes later than normal. Morning kindergarten classes, early childhood programs and high school zero classes are cancelled. There will be limited bus transportation. As of late Tuesday morning, the Renton School District has cancelled all after-school and evening activities for Jan. 17 at all schools and district sites. A decision about school closure for Wednesday, Jan. 18, is being discussed, according to officials. Staff and parents will be notified immediately when a decision is made.
