Suspect Hits Deputy With Molotov Cocktail, Dies In Ensuing Fire
The suspect threw a Molotov cocktail at a King County Deputy Tuesday afternoon, and police believe the suspect died in the ensuing fire.

AUBURN, WA - The King County Sheriff's Office is reporting that a suspect threw a Molotov cocktail at a deputy during a confrontation outside a home in Auburn Tuesday afternoon. Police believe they found the suspect's body in a shed on the property after he ignited a fire with a second incendiary device. The deputy suffered minor burns in the attack.

The incident happened at a home along the 33100 block of East Lake Holm Drive Southeast in Auburn around 4 p.m. Police had responded to the home several times in recent days, according to KOMO News, and had returned Tuesday because the suspect was throwing rocks at his neighbor's house.
