Woman Killed In I-5 On-Ramp Crosswalk Near Southcenter
The accident happened around 4:30 p.m. Friday.
TUKWILA, WA - A 56-year-old woman was hit and killed by a car Friday night crossing a crosswalk near an I-5 on-ramp.
The accident happened around 4:30 p.m. Friday at the Southcenter Boulevard on-ramp to northbound I-5. The woman, identified as Huimin Lin, was crossing in a crosswalk when the driver hit her.
The driver was identified as a 69-year-old man from Seattle.

Washington State Patrol said that the driver tried to swerve out of the way, but ended up hitting the pedestrian.
Southcenter to NB I5 has now become a fatality collision. Troopers still on scene completing investigation.
