WSP Seeks Witnesses After Deadly Crash On State Route 169

RENTON, WA — Washington State Patrol detectives are seeking drivers who witnessed a deadly rollover crash Wednesday night on State Route 169. According to WSP, a Mercedes SUV was speeding northbound on SR 169, before it left the road and rolled south of Jones Road, in the Maple Valley Heights area. The driver died from their injuries.

Troopers responded to the scene around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Detectives are looking to hear from anyone who may have seen the crash happen or anything that happened prior. Drivers who were traveling in the area in the same timeframe are encouraged to review dash camera video and contact detectives at 425-401-7742 or via e-mail.
