$4 Milk Bar Cookies Coming To Seattle Sunday
Pastry chef Christina Tosi is bringing her Milk Bar confections to Canlis on Sunday with a special pop-up event.

SEATTLE, WA - If the cookie is good enough, maybe it's worth $4. The famous pastry chef Christina Tosi and her Milk Bar confections will pop up in Seattle on Sunday at Canlis - and you can either get in line now, or pay $50 for VIP tickets.
This is the second pop-up food event at Canlis in recent months. Seattle's swankiest restaurant held a Shake Shack event in June. In addition to Tosi creations like ice cream that tastes like cereal milk, Canlis chef Brady Williams will be serving summer fare on Sunday like turkey legs and fried cheese.
The event is free, but there's definitely going to be a line. You can get in free early by donating $50 to the Queen Anne Farmers Market.

Here's more from Canlis:
Milk Bar will be serving a selection of their iconic treats including Cereal Milk Soft Serve, Crack Pie, as well as a variety of their famous truffles and cookies. Canlis will offer Brady Williams’ interpretation of country fair classics including turkey legs, corn on the cob, corn dogs, fried cheese, and popcorn. The back parking lot of Canlis will be transformed into a social space where guests will nosh while listening to the Tallboys, try their hand at carnival games, and visit fun activity stations. Guests will have the opportunity to pose for a Polaroid picture with Christina Tosi then decorate it in the craft tent where special Milk Bar friendship bracelets will be distributed. If you’d like beer or wine, bring your ID!
The event runs noon to 4 p.m. at Canlis, 2576 Aurora Ave North, Seattle.
