All King County Metro Routes Now Back In Service
Snow over the last week severely disrupted bus service in Puget Sound. It's back now, except for a few trip cancellations.

SEATTLE, WA - Your Friday bus route should be back to normal, according to King County Metro - that is, unless a landslide happens to cross your route. All bus routes were running except for a few trip cancellations.
"At the start of service on Friday morning, Metro is operating regular routes. Some routes have a few service reductions in the form of individual trip cancellations," Metro said in a rider alert Friday morning.
Those cancellations were happening on individual routes - for example, the route 56 in West Seattle had its 7:33 a.m. trip called off. You can see a full list on Metro's Twitter page.

Last Saturday, Metro put its emergency snow network plan into place. That cut Metro service down to a core of about 67 routes. That left some cities with just two bus routes, although more reliable ones that ran on well-plowed streets.
The snow network was lifted by Wednesday, but many buses were still running along snow routes due to un-plowed streets.
