SEATTLE, WA — Sources say that Amazon is set to lay off around 10,000 corporate and technology jobs beginning this week, The New York Times reported.

The layoffs would primarily be for devices employees—like those who work with the Alexa voice assistant—as well as workers in the retail and human resources divisions, the report said.

It would be the largest job cut in the company's history, according to the outlet.
