Sound the horns... ​S​eattle's Viking-inspired beer hall is hosting their&nbsp;next Community Feast! Many of the Viking Feasts on our menu are designed for much larger groups, but we realize you don't all roll in packs of 30! This is your chance to try our heralded Pig Feast with whatever size group suits you.
The feast includes: Slow roasted suckling pig, brined overnight &amp; accompanied by grilled asparagus, grilled spiced corn ribs, &amp; potato wedges. You'll finish off with a slice of crustless cheesecake made with Gjetost, a caramelized Norwegian goat cheese.
Come be treated like a Jarl. Meet some new people at our long communal tables. And eat, drink, and be merry!

<h4>Francesco Crosara is a jazz pianist, composer, and educator known for his innovative genre-defying blend of jazz improvisation, classical training, world and Latin influences. Crosara’s music is deeply inspired by jazz piano legends such as Chick Corea, Bill Evans, Keith Jarrett, and Herbie Hancock. His work spans a variety of formats, from solo performances to trios and quartets, showcasing his versatility and depth as a musician. Over his forty-year career, Crosara has performed with renowned artists including Lionel Hampton, Freddie Hubbard, Roy Hargrove, Von Freeman, Bobby Shew and Richie Cole. His seven record releases have featured a multicultural and international array of musicians and have been well received by the media. He has performed at festivals and venues across the USA, Japan, Canada, Mexico, France, Spain, and Italy.</h4>

The Seattle Folklore Society is pleased to present an evening with Tret Fure. Tret Fure is an award-winning singer songwriter whose music demonstrates a willingness to confront the most pressing issues of our day with courage, compassion and a deep sense of humanity. Her songs speak to the heart and the soul. A prolific artist in the contemporary singer-songwriter arena, Tret Fure has released 18 albums in the course of her 51-year career. Besides the broad themes of the songs themselves (addressing current social issues while also serving up some lovely love songs), her rich productions are creative with excellent guitar instrumentation and arrangements. Her latest album, Lavender Moonshine, released in late 2023 is very much in that tradition: timely, compelling, provocative and tender.&nbsp; Please join us for an evening with Tret Fure on Saturday May 2, 2026 at the Phinney Neighborhood Center in Seattle.
