NAMIWalks Washington is a community walk bringing together people from across the region to raise awareness, connection, and support for mental health. Hosted by NAMI Seattle in partnership with NAMI Eastside, NAMI South King County, and NAMI Pierce County, this year’s walk is especially meaningful as local affiliates united to ensure the event could continue after the dissolution of the state chapter earlier this year.
More than just a fundraiser, NAMIWalks is a day of hope, visibility, and community for individuals and families impacted by mental health conditions. The event features a community walk, music, food, activities, resources, and opportunities to connect with others who believe no one should face mental health challenges alone.
Funds raised support NAMI’s free mental health education, support groups, advocacy, and community programs serving people across Washington state.
The event is free and open to the public. Participants can walk, volunteer, donate, or form a team in support of mental health for all.
