<a href="https://www.thepolytech.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">The Polytech</a> and <a href="https://www.humaeducation.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Huma Education Services</a> team up to offer a combined open house in the convenient location at the intersection of I-90 and 405. Both organizations work with teens and young adults to offer personalized instruction in a one-on-one format and have much experience working with neurodivergent young adults to decrease anxiety and move forward towards personal goals. As a special bonus, they are running a workshop to get a WA Food Worker card, so interested students can get this credential for free. <a href="https://www.thepolytech.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">The Polytech</a> is a private high school that can issue credit for work completed in a one-on-one format, up to and including a Washington State diploma. Tutoring in all academic subjects as well as executive function is available both in person or online. We also have a commercial-grade driving simulator to allow students to drive in a variety of settings without risk to any property, a great way to build confidence while taking steps to get a driver's license. 
<a href="https://www.humaeducation.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Huma Education Services</a> provides one-on-one educational therapy, executive function coaching, job coaching and support in college and/or the workplace to older students through age 28. For those already living on their own, including in college dorms, support might look like weekly check-ins to ensure the young adult is managing their schedule, academics, finances, nutrition, and hygiene appropriately. We also provide career assessments for those not sure what to do next or for data to help with selecting a college major. Huma was recognized in the <a href="https://www.bestinthepnw.com/listing/2025/educational-services-tutoring" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Seattle Times' Best in the Pacific Northwest competition</a> as bronze winner in the category of Education Services &amp; Tutoring for both 2024 and 2025, and we eagerly await this year's results.

It may feel early to be thinking about the winter holidays, but we are already recruiting performers for Snowflake Lane 2026! Every year, Snowflake Lane hires &ldquo;Jingle Belle&rdquo; dancers and a "Snow Belle" dance team to perform high-energy choreography, a group of &ldquo;Snow Flurries&rdquo; color guard performers who spin six-foot silk flags, a Drumline (think high-energy marching band), Masked Characters (Penguin, Mouse, etc.), Unmasked Characters (Princesses, Sugar Plum Fairies, etc.), Stilt Walkers (equipment and training provided), and Float Patrol (our lovely float drivers).&nbsp;

We are looking to hire upwards of 300 cast and crew members at a minimum of $40/show. Performances are outdoors at the Bellevue Collection every evening between Black Friday (11/27/2026) and Christmas Eve (12/24/2026). Call time is 5:30 PM, and the show runs from 7-7:30 PM. Limited evening and weekend (paid) rehearsals will occur in mid-November. The minimum age to audition is 14 years old. Costumes and props are provided, so there is no out-of-pocket production cost for the performer. Performers of all skill levels are encouraged to apply and will be trained by our staff.
