The American Parkinson's Disease Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting Parkinson’s disease (PD) by providing the support, education, research, and community that helps everyone impacted by PD live life to the fullest.
The APDA Optimism Walk is a family-friendly fundraising event that offers a short walk and an important opportunity for friends, families, and individuals coping with Parkinson's to take their passion and turn it into a positive experience.
It's taking place Saturday, Sept. 19th at the Ship Canal Trail. Check-in begins at 9:30am and then ceremony and walk at 11:00am. Join the community in support of a great cause and a day of fun!
