Capitol Hill Italian Restaurant Named One Of '100 Best' In U.S.

SEATTLE, WA - The Capitol Hill Italian restaurant Spinasse has been named one of the top 100 best restaurants in the U.S. in 2017, according to the restaurant reservation service OpenTable. Spinasse, which serves handmade pasta and Northern Italian dishes, is the only restaurant from Washington on the list.

OpenTable creates its annual 100-best list by analyzing customer reviews of restaurants.

The list is generated solely from diner reviews collected between November 1, 2016, and October 31, 2017. All restaurants with a minimum "overall" score and number of qualifying reviews were included for consideration. Qualifying restaurants were then sorted according to a score calculated from each restaurant's average rating in the "overall" category.

Spinasse carries a nearly perfect rating on OpenTable. And you might need the service to get a table - Spinasse only has about a dozen tables.
