SEATTLE, WA — An employee at CenturyLink Field filmed more than a dozen videos of men using the bathroom at the stadium between June and August, according to King County prosecutors. Seattle Police were called to CenturyLink Field on August 1st, on reports that someone was using a cellphone to film men underneath bathroom stall partitions. Officers took the phone and arrested the man, but the victim at the time declined to move forward. Police continued to investigate the case and found several other inappropriate photos on the device that appeared to be taken at the same location.

According to court documents, a forensic analysis of the phone completed by SPD in October found 13 videos of different men using the bathroom, between June 28th and August 1st, with location metadata showing they were all taken at the stadium. In one video, police said the clip ended with footage of the suspect's face. In a police interview on Monday, investigators said the suspect told them he did not know why he took the videos and described it all as "a blur." He was re-booked into the King County Jail Monday afternoon.

According to the prosecutor's office, probable cause was found to hold the man on first-degree Voyeurism charges. Bail was set at $5,000 Tuesday and a second appearance scheduled for Wednesday.
