King County health officials closed the restaurant along 1st Avenue on Wednesday.

SEATTLE, WA - King County health officials have closed the Thai On 1st restaurant in the Belltown neighborhood due to a number of health violations.
The restaurant is located at 2904 1st Ave., and was closed on Wednesday at 6 p.m., health officials said. A health and safety inspector found the following violations, according to the county:
- Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures
- Improper cooling of potentially hazardous food
- Foods not protected from cross-contamination
- Failure to correct repeated violations
- Lack of dishwashing facilities
According to health department records, the Wednesday visit to Thai on 1st was its fifth inspection after an initial "unsatisfactory" inspection in early December. There were three more re-inspections in late December, January, and February, which all returned "unsatisfactory" ratings.
