Evergreen Academy Students Donate Items to Those in Need
Evergreen Academy Montessori students in the Seattle area held a donation drive to benefit Concern for Neighbors Food Bank

Students at Evergreen Academy Montessori preschools in Bothell and Seattle recently donated more than 1,700 essential items and nonperishable food items to benefit Concern for Neighbors Food Bank. Over the past few weeks, students at the two schools worked together to collect a variety of items, including diapers, laundry detergent, soap and nonperishable food to benefit local families in need this holiday season. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping others, especially during the holiday season.
Concern for Neighbors Food Bank is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that collects and distributes food to low-income families. The food bank currently serves an average of 110 households per week.
