Father Tied To Amber Alert Tuesday Arrested Again Near North Bend

SEATTLE, WA — A Seattle man accused of fleeing the city with his wife and four kids, prompting an Amber Alert Tuesday night, was arrested again near North Bend Wednesday morning. According to Washington State Patrol, both parents were released by authorities in Spokane County, pending a court date, sometime after they were taken into custody Tuesday.

The Seattle Police Department issued an "attempt to locate" request for Nicholas Antoine on suspicion of violating a domestic violence no-contact order. Washington State Patrol said troopers began searching for the same motorhome driven during the Amber Alert around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Trooper Rick Johnson said the motorhome was first spotted in Ellensburg, then later along westbound Interstate 90. Troopers pulled the motorhome over near exit 34 and arrested the man inside without incident. According to WSP, troopers were told his wife had been dropped off in Moses Lake.

Seattle Police said further details on the case were not immediately available. More information will be revealed in court documents following an initial appearance Thursday.
