Fly Through The SR 99 Tunnel Under Seattle: Video
WSDOT has released footage recorded with a drone of what the tunnel drilled by Bertha looks like now.

SEATTLE, WA - With Bertha out of the way (the world's largest tunnel boring machine finished its job in April) we're now getting a better look at what the new SR 99 tunnel under Seattle looks like. WSDOT on Friday released a video taken with a drone of the entire two-mile length of the tunnel.
In about two minutes, you travel from the Space Needle at the north end of the tunnel to CenturyLink field at the south. There's still a lot of work to do before the tunnel opens to traffic (construction of walls for the southbound roadway is only about 45 percent complete, for example), but the tunnel is on track to open in late 2018.
