Free Coronavirus Testing At T-Mobile Park Wednesday And Thursday
Seattle partnered with QFC and Fred Meyer to offer free, drive-thru testing for hundreds this week.

SEATTLE, WA — Hundreds of Seattle-area residents can get free, drive-thru coronavirus tests during a two-day event at T-Mobile Park this week, the MLB announced Tuesday.
The Mariners will open the stadium's parking garage to 250 vehicles for a trial run Wednesday and Thursday, in partnership with the City of Seattle, QFC and Fred Meyer.
All participants must register in advance, either by using an online portal or calling 888-852-2567. According to the Kroger website, applicants will be screened using guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to determine eligibility, then asked to select an appointment time.

Patients will remain in their cars for the entire process, and use nasal swabs provided at the screening location. According to the MLB, test results will be available within 48 hours.
The MLB described this week's testing as a "trial run," and further opportunities could be announced at a later date.

Appointments at T-Mobile Park will be available to pre-approved participants between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday.
