Get Ready For A Nice Week: Puget Sound Weather
Puget Sound residents are in for a treat this week with lots of sun and warming temperatures.
SEATTLE, WA - Last week, we passed another insane rain milestone. According to the National Weather Service, on Friday we hit 25.5 inches of rain so far this year. And that would be perfectly normal ... if it were October.

Catch that? We've had as much rain this year as we usually get over nearly 11 months.
But we're in for a treat this week. The week-ahead forecast calls for sun, temperatures at or close to the 70s on Tuesday and Wednesday, sun, and, most importantly, not really much of a chance for rain.

Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 63. Light and variable wind becoming north 8 to 13 mph in the afternoon.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 66. North wind around 5 mph becoming west northwest in the afternoon.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 68.
Wednesday night: A 40 percent chance of showers, mainly before midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 52.
