Why so spooky? On Halloween 2017, you might get a chance to see the nearly full moon.
SEATTLE, WA - Here's the good news: for the first time in who knows how many years, it's not going to rain on Halloween. The bad news: you might be able to see the partially full moon hanging ominously in the sky.
In other words, Halloween might be just a little spookier this year, and it might stay bright out later - so stock up on candy.
