In my early 20s I was friends with a much older, wiser, man who used to ask everyone to tell him something fascinating as a greeting.
I loved prepping for time spent with him because I had to be mindful of the fascinating things around me. Have you ever considered what in your life experiences, awareness, or knowledge could be deemed fascinating? It can be a fun challenge and a reality check ie...am I experiencing or learning about the things that absorb my attention and reflect my passions?

What I learned is- fascination loves details- its where uniqueness lives and universality stems. Furthermore, searching for fascinating things makes life more exciting, helps us learn more deeply about each other, and guides us to live with more intentionality. It can mean exploring the meaning in things previously deemed 'ordinary'. Intwined with uncovering the fascinating lives; mindfulness, purpose, gratitude, connection, and innovation.
So, today, I am adding to our collective energy the goal of looking for what is fascinating within ourselves, others, and the world.
