I-5 Rollover Crash In Seattle Causes Miles-Long Delays
The crash happened around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning south of Mercer Street in Seattle, partially closing I-5 for an hour.
SEATTLE, WA — All northbound lanes of I-5 in Seattle were shut down Wednesday morning after a crash involving a box truck and a car. The crash happened around 9 a.m. under the Washington State Convention Center, but all lanes were open by 10 a.m.
According to state police, this was a rollover crash involving a box truck and a car. Seattle fire officials said that the people involved in the crash had "self-extricated" from the crashed vehicles. There were no major injuries.
