Latest Halloween Forecast: Trick-Or-Treat Time Might Be Dry
The latest forecast models are showing a lower chance of rain during prime trick-or-treat hours.

SEATTLE, WA - The latest forecasts show that prime trick-or-treat hours for Halloween in Puget Sound might be drier than expected. In general, trick-or-treaters can expect drier conditions in the Seattle area, but a slightly higher chance of rain in the South Sound area, according to forecasts.
