Issaquah Man Killed In Hit-And-Run: Police
The 21-year-old was killed early Sunday morning leaving a party in a neighborhood north of I-90.

ISSAQUAH, WA - Issaquah police are searching for a vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run early Sunday morning. The collision took place at 1:12 a.m. along the 23100 block of Southeast 53rd Street, according to Issaquah police. The 21-year-old victim died at the scene.
The victim was leaving a house party near the scene of the collision when he was hit while walking along the side of the road. The offending vehicle is believed to be a full-size lifted pickup truck with tinted windows. Issaquah police and Washington State Patrol are investigating.
The victim was identified as Kevin Lozoya of Issaquah by his mother, Grisel Lozoya. Lozoya's friends told KOMO News that the person who hit Lozoya was at the party, had been drinking, and might've been trying to scare Lozoya, but ended up hitting him.

The accident happened in a residential neighborhood north of the Fred Meyer along Lake Sammamish Parkway.
