Marshawn Lynch Returns, But Not To Seahawks: Report
Marshawn Lynch is reportedly close to signing a deal to play for the Oakland Raiders.

SEATTLE, WA - Former Seattle Seahawks running back (who really needs no such introduction) Marshawn "Beast Mode" Lynch is close to signing a deal with the Oakland Raiders (soon to be the Las Vegas Raiders), according to a report by NFL.com released Friday. There is no deal in place yet, but NFL.com reports that Lynch and the Raiders are close.
But before Lynch, 30, can move to the Raiders, Oakland and Seattle still have to work out a trade. The Seahawks still hold rights to Lynch. In 2015, Lynch signed a three-year, $24 million contract with the Seahawks. On Twitter Friday, Lynch was coy about the possible deal.

There's been a lot of speculation recently about Lynch coming out of retirement to join the Raiders. In March, multiple outlets reported that Lynch would join his hometown team.

But Marshawn Lynch still has one foot in Seattle. He operates a Beast Mode Apparel store near CenturyLink Field along 1st Avenue in the SODO neighborhood. The only other city with a Beast Mode store is, you guessed it, Oakland.
