Metro Bus Service Expansion: See If Your Route Is Changing
Routes serving Seattle, Woodinville, Kirkland Issaquah, and others will add new trips soon, according to King County Metro.

SEATTLE, WA — King County Metro will add about 1,350 new weekly bus trips across dozens of routes beginning on Sept. 21. The service increase will affect routes serving almost all parts of the Seattle metro area, from Woodinville to Federal Way.
The service increase is being paid for in part by Metro and with money from the Seattle Transportation Benefit District. Here's an overview of the routes that are getting expanded service:
Metro will add "shoulder" trips during peak times on these routes. (Generally, that means one or more additional trips during the morning or evening rush hours.)
