Recently, it was reported by the Bucks County DA’s Office (Pennsylvania – 1/6/2017) that a dishonest contractor of that area was convicted to serve 5-10 years in prison for home improvement improprieties. Reportedly, he was a habitual predator with an extensive record for variations of deceitful practices against private home decision makers dating back to 2011. He had been arrested more than once for his unethical behavior with a trail of unsettled judgments against him. These were concealed from many of the people he victimized. “Stop Work Order (SWO): For sure, this document means exactly that: “STOP WORK!” This is not a request or an “option.” This is an irrevocable demand!
