Ofo Bikes Are Free To Use In January

The bike share service ofo will let you ride free through the end of January. Just make sure to park the bikes politely.

SEATTLE, WA - If you spot a yellow ofo bike this month, you can ride it for free. The Chinese bike share company, one of three offering dockless bikes in the Seattle area, has made its bikes free to use through the end of January.

"So whether you're working toward fitness goals, planning to spend more time outdoors, or simply looking for a fun way to get around - ofo rides are free and just a push of a button away!" the company wrote on Twitter.

In 2017, Seattle allowed the bike share companies ofo, Lime Bike, and Spin to start placing bikes around the city. Usually, users have to pay about $1 an hour to ride the bikes. You can just leave the bike wherever you end up (but definitely follow dockless bike etiquette).
