Friday Seattle Outage Briefly Left 14,000 Without Power
The outage began around 7:15 a.m. Friday in South Seattle but was fixed by around 9:45 a.m.

SEATTLE, WA - A large power outage in South Seattle left thousands without power Friday morning. About 14,000 customers were without power around 8 a.m., all power had been restored by 9:45 a.m.
At its peak, the outage was affecting neighborhoods from mid-Beacon Hill south to the Skyway area between Rainier Avenue and I-5. Seattle City Light had predicted all power would be restored by 11 a.m.
