Rain, Wind Heading To Puget Sound Today
Wednesday will be blustery in Puget Sound, especially north of Seattle.

SEATTLE, WA - What started out as a sunny day Wednesday in Puget Sound will end under a gray cloud, according to the National Weather Service.
A storm system will bring rain and higher winds to the area beginning this afternoon, according to forecasts. Top wind speeds between Lakewood and Seattle will only hit about 20 MPH. Higher winds will hit north of Edmonds with gusts 30 MPH and above.
As far as rain, the sound could get up to one-tenth of inch Wednesday afternoon, and at least that much with storms forecast to hit on Thursday and Friday.

There is a gale warning in effect for the entire sound today.
