Sea-Tac Airport Raising Parking Rates
The parking rates will go up 5 to 6 percent beginning in July, according to the Port of Seattle.
SEATAC, WA — Sea-Tac Airport has announced it will soon increase parking rates 5 to 6 percent at its main garage, the second rate increase since 2017.
The increase is set to go into effect on July 1, and will affect all levels of parking including daily, weekly, and hourly rates.
"Revenue from the parking garage goes directly to airport infrastructure projects for travelers, including recent upgrades of the garage such as lighting, painting, electric vehicle upgrades, emergency phones, additional staffing and soon to be added amenities such as a parking reservation system and an automated parking guidance system," the Port of Seattle said in a statement about the rate increase.
