Seafair 2017 Starts Wednesday With Celebration In Seattle
The 2017 Seafair festivities start Wednesday afternoon at Westlake Park in Seattle.
SEATTLE, WA - Seafair 2017 kicks off Wednesday afternoon in Seattle. As is Seafair tradition, the summer begins with the naming of King Neptune and Queen Alcyone, as well as displays featuring Seafair regulars, hydroplanes, and exhibit booths. The summer kickoff starts at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Westlake Park in downtown Seattle.
