Seattle Cops Shoot Man Who Stabbed Woman To Death: Report

SEATTLE, WA - A man who stabbed a woman to death early Thursday morning was shot and killed by a Seattle police officers, according to KOMO News.

The incident happened around 3:30 a.m. in an apartment near North 105th Street and Midvale Avenue North. According to KOMO, officers entered the apartment and the suspect confronted them armed with a knife. That's when they opened fire.

The officers found two children and another adult hiding in a room in the apartment. It's unclear if the killer was a resident of the apartment or broke in.

Seattle police said early Thursday morning that the department's force investigators are looking into the incident.
