Seattle Police Seek Thieves In Rash Of ATM Thefts
The suspects stole one ATM while driving a van stolen from an after-school program, police say.

SEATTLE, WA - Police suspect a team of thieves are working together to steal ATM machines, having committed nine such offenses around the city over the last two months.
The thieves have stolen ATMs from gas stations and convenience stores, plus a golf course and a burger chain. When the thieves break into a business, they remove the ATM, take the cash, and then dump the empty vessel nearby. In one incident, they used a van stolen from an after-school program. In other thefts, they've used a truck.
Police have released a number of photos of the thieves hoping that someone recognizes them. If you know anything, contact West Precinct detectives at 206-684-5730.
