Seattle Restaurant Inspection: King County Closes Food Truck
The food truck was closed because it was missing a food permit.

SEATTLE, WA - King County Public Health closed down a food truck on Wednesday that was operating in the International District.
The El Cabrito food truck was parked at 1440 South Jackson St. King County closed the eatery because it lacked a food permit and did not have a plan in place for "non-continuous cooking" - which means partially cooking food so that it can be fully cooked at a later date.
King County will allow El Cabrito to reopen when it fixes the problems.
