Sketch Of Man Wanted In Shooting Of Seattle Woman Released
My-Ling Nguyen was shot and killed in South Seattle last month.

SEATTLE, WA - A sketch of the man believed to have shot and killed a South Seattle woman during a purse snatching last month has been released.
My-Linh Nguyen was on her way home from work at a downtown Seattle salon when a man approached her near the intersection of South Warsaw Street and 39th Avenue South and demanded her purse. They struggled, and the suspect shot Nguyen. She later died at the hospital.
The crime happened in front of Nguyen's home. Her 15-year-old son was home at the time, and ran outside as the man was in the midst of the attack to try and help his mother. Nguyen's neighbors, meanwhile, have set up a GoFundMe fundraiser to raise money for the family in the wake of the tragedy.
