Having worked for a big name grocery delivery app in the past, Wolfgang found that he wasn't able to truly serve his customers: he was forced to rush through shopping, and treat them as a job, not a person. By running his own business he can devote the time and attention to his customers the way he wants to. When I offered to bring her groceries into her kitchen for her she was so surprised and happy. She invited me to have a cup of tea with her and we talked about our lives. She still calls me when she needs groceries, and I always make sure I have a little extra time for tea.”
