Snake Appears In Seattle Apartment Toilet

SEATTLE, WA - You've heard of "Snakes On A Plane," but have you heard about snakes in a Lake City toilet?

A young girl discovered a large snake in the toilet of her Lake City apartment Friday, and no one knows quite sure where it came from. The residents of the apartment complex called Seattle police, and officers were able to corral the serpent and drop it into a large plastic container.

The Pacific Northwest Hematological Society was called to care for the snake. If it's yours, contact police at (206) 625-5011.

If you think a snake in the toilet is weird, it actually happens rather often. In Thailand on Nov. 17, a young boy found a 20-foot python in his toilet. In September, a snake catcher pulled a venomous brown tree snake from a toilet in Australia.

But most horrifying is the tale of a young Texas boy who found a rattlesnake in his toilet. But then a snake catcher found a disgusting nest of 23 more rattlers down the pipes.
