Snow Coming Tuesday, And Every Other Day This Week: Forecast

Areas south of Snohomish County will get snow Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service, with more forecast for the south sound.

SEATTLE, WA - The snow predicted to fall Sunday didn't exactly materialize as promised. But, we have a chance to make for that on Tuesday morning.

According to the National Weather Service, parts of the region south of Snohomish County will get up to a 1/2-inch of snow. Totals vary by city, but snow totals are a little higher in the Tacoma-Olympia area.

"Lowland areas south of Snohomish county could see some snow on Tuesday. Areas from King and Clallam counties south to Pierce and northern Grays Harbor counties could see a half inch or less of snow. Thurston, Lewis, and southern Grays Harbor counties could see 1 or 2 inches. Roads and surfaces could become slippery, so be sure to slow down and use caution!" the weather service wrote in a weather alert Monday.
