Snow Estimates For Friday: 2 - 4 Inches Around Puget Sound
Another snowstorm will hit Puget Sound Friday afternoon. Find out how much might fall near you.

SEATTLE, WA - Puget Sound residents woke up Thursday morning in varying states of winter: some parts of Seattle saw a mere dusting of snow, not even enough to delay school - just miles away, cities like Lakewood, Sumner, and Shoreline got several inches.
There's another snowstorm set to hit the region Friday afternoon, and the most recent estimates indicate it will be milder than the storm overnight Thursday. The snow is expected to arrive between 1 and 5 p.m. Friday - just in time for rush hour.
Here's how much the National Weather Service is predicting for spots around the region:

- Snoqualmie Pass - 10.5 inches
- Enumclaw - 2.2 inches
- Seattle - 0.7 inches
- Edmonds - 0.8 inches
- Tacoma - 0.3 inches
- Everett - 1.1 inches
- Issaquah - 2 inches
- Bremerton - 1.1 inches
The National Weather Service is also predicting temperatures in the 20s around the region overnight into Friday morning. That means any snow that melted Thursday could re-freeze and create slippery conditions for the Friday morning commute.
