SEATTLE, WA - When was the snowiest day in the Seattle area? It was so long ago, the Seattle Seahawks didn't exist, and the Space Needle and Monorail were just figments of someone's imagination.

Some parts of the area saw snow accumulations on Monday for the first time in years, but it didn't compare to the snowiest day ever. The Seattle Weather Blog compiled the top 10 - and it appears there hasn't been a top-ten worthy snowfall in more than 30 yeas.
