Troopers Seek Witnesses After Shooting On Interstate 5
Troopers said several shots were fired from a gold Acura, hitting another car driving near Federal Way. Fortunately, no one was injured.
FEDERAL WAY, WA — Investigators are seeking witnesses who saw a shooting on Interstate 5 Wednesday morning. Troopers responded to the freeway, just south of State Route 18, shortly after 10:30 a.m.
According to the Washington State Patrol, a gold Acura with two men inside pulled up next to another vehicle on the interstate, and someone began shooting. Troopers said two bullets hit the victim's driver-side door, and another hit the left rear door. The victim was uninjured.
Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the shooting and may have more identifying information on the shooter's vehicle to contact detectives via e-mail.
