U-District Voyeur Wanted By Seattle Police
The suspect has been carrying out assaults in the University District since May 2018, police say.
SEATTLE, WA - A man has been masturbating outside windows of University District residents since last May, and Seattle police want to catch him before he does it again. Police released a series of high-quality photos of the suspect on Monday.
The voyeur's M.O. involves sidling up to ground-level windows, tapping on the glass, and getting the victim's attention as he masturbates. The most recent attack happened last week, according to Seattle police.
The voyeur is described as a white man in his 20s or 30s with scruffy facial hair. He has been seen wearing a dark jacket and jeans.
